We came up in the agency world, where hiring was always the slow part nobody had a system for. So we built one. Other founders asked us to run it for them, and that became Mint Source.
We're operators who built the system, proved it worked, and now run it for founders who can't spare the time.

2023
The first chapter
We signed the papers and Mint Source was real. The first clients came from people who already trusted us, before we had a website to point them to.
- First placements came from our own network
- Launched Full-Suite HR from day one, because founders wanted both the hiring and the HR handled
- Built the first bench in Pakistan, where we knew the talent best
2024
Scaling without losing the plot
We crossed 100 placements that year. But the number that mattered most was how many of them stayed, because that's what tells you the hire worked.
- Added Recruitment-Only and grew from agency clients into ecommerce and SaaS teams
- Hired beyond the two of us and built a pod model, with the SOPs to run it
- Opened a second bench in the Philippines
2025
Building the machine
By 2025 we were a team of six with AI wired into everything, so we could move like an agency many times our size.
- Embedded AI across every process: Zapier automations, agentic workflows, and Minty, our recruitment agent
- Expanded the benches into LatAm, South Africa, Eastern Europe, the UK, and Canada
- Launched a referral program to reward clients who sent us business

Still founder-led
200+ placements across 45+ companies and 10+ countries, still run by the two people who started it.
