Strategy Call
You tell us what you need. We scope the role, culture fit, budget, and timeline on the call, then turn it into a written brief: responsibilities, must-haves, and the salary band we'll recruit against. You sign off before sourcing starts.
Sourcing
Every search runs on three channels at once: our existing talent pool and inbound applicants from our job posts, direct headhunting on LinkedIn, and paid job advertising. Hundreds of applicants come in per search, so you never have to open a job board yourself.
Screening & Assessments
Every candidate goes through structured interviews scored against a fixed scorecard, plus a custom assessment we build for your search, testing what you told us matters in the role, not what a template says. Only candidates who clear both move forward.
Your Shortlist
You receive 5-7 vetted finalists, each with a full scorecard: interview notes, assessment results, strengths, flags, and our recommendation. Not happy with the batch? We keep sourcing until you are, at no extra cost.
Final Interviews
You meet your top picks while we handle everything around the meetings: candidate prep, scheduling across time zones, and follow-ups. Once you've chosen, we run reference checks and extend the offer on your behalf. Your only job is judging fit.

What's the difference between Recruitment-Only and Full-Suite HR?
Both models use the same recruitment process. The difference is what happens after the hire. With Recruitment-Only, we find and vet your candidate, support the offer process, and hand them over to you. You manage them directly. With Full-Suite HR, we stay on as your HR partner. We handle contracts, payroll, compliance, performance reviews, leave management, and replacements on an ongoing basis. Most clients hiring for execution-heavy roles choose Full-Suite. Clients hiring for senior or leadership roles tend to go with Recruitment-Only.
How does pricing work?
Full-Suite HR is a flat monthly management fee of $275 to $325 per hire, depending on headcount. No finder's fees. Recruitment-Only is a one-time placement fee equal to one month's salary, with a $1,500 minimum. Both start with a strategy call.
Who is my hire legally contracted through?
On Full-Suite HR, your hire is contracted through Mint Source. We handle the agreement, payroll, and compliance while they work dedicated to you day to day. On Recruitment-Only, you engage your hire directly, and we hand over everything you need to get started.
Can I bring a hire fully in-house later?
Yes. Full-Suite HR includes a structured buy-out option: if you ever want to engage a hire directly, we agree a transition date and hand everything over cleanly for a one-time fee. Nobody is locked in, including you.
Is there a long-term commitment?
No. You can end the agreement itself with written notice at any time: 14 days on Full-Suite HR, 30 on Recruitment-Only. Individual hires carry their own short notice period, and during a hire's probation you can end the engagement immediately, with no notice and no fee.
