One thing to understand up front: this website is informational. It exists to tell you about Mint Source and give you a way to get in touch. Any actual engagement with Mint Source, whether as a client or a candidate, is governed by separate signed agreements, not by this website or these Terms.

2. Description of Services
Mint Source is a remote staffing and embedded HR company. We offer two service models: Full-Suite HR, where Mint Source acts as the employer of record and handles payroll, contracts, performance management, and HR, and Recruitment-Only, where we source and place talent that the client manages directly.
This website describes those services and provides ways to contact us. It does not deliver them. Specifically:
- Nothing on this website constitutes an offer of services, an offer of employment, or a binding commitment of any kind.
- Browsing the site, submitting a form, or communicating with us through the site does not create a client relationship, an employment relationship, or any service agreement.
- All client engagements are governed exclusively by separately signed contracts, such as our Master Agreement, Placement Orders, or Recruitment-Only Service Agreement. All candidate engagements are governed by separately signed offer and contractor documents.
- If there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls for the matters it covers.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use this website, submit forms, or apply for roles through Mint Source. By using the site, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
4. Intellectual Property
Everything on this website belongs to Mint Source or is used with permission. This includes our name, logo, branding, page copy, job description templates and formats, graphics, and the design and layout of the site itself.
You may view and share links to the site freely. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
- Use our name, logo, or branding in a way that suggests affiliation or endorsement.

- Submitting a form, resume, or inquiry does not create an employment relationship, a client relationship, or any obligation on Mint Source to respond, interview, place, or engage you. It is an expression of interest, nothing more.
- Any engagement that follows will be documented in separate signed agreements.

This website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

- We do not guarantee that any candidate will be placed, hired, or receive an interview.
- We do not guarantee that any business will find, hire, or retain talent through Mint Source.

Any commitments Mint Source makes about outcomes, timelines, or guarantees exist only in signed agreements.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mint Source and its founders, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the website will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100). This section applies to the website only. Liability in client and candidate engagements is addressed in the applicable signed agreements.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mint Source and its founders, employees, and contractors from claims, damages, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the website, or false information you submit through it.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the website will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Before filing any claim, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the other party.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the site after that constitutes acceptance.
